The new addiction of today.

Yes we all know what facebook is. Well at least I hope so...

Parents, siblings, grandparents, everyone knows about facebook.

Everyone in my family has one. It’s not uncommon.

People lie about their age so they can get on and connect with friends that have them

But little do they realize that this hot trend is addicting to a lot of people.

Including myself...

Go on the computer to do homework; go on facebook too. It’s hard not to. (I’m on now...)

You learn things about people and can easily "creep" which is also a very common thing to do

Talk about someone... look 'em up on facebook.

There are so many things to do on facebook that it’s hard to resist the temptation of going on.

Not only is it a social network but also gaming, quizzes, and an easy access to get info to spread.

Like the term "facebook offic." as in relationships or anything else for that matter...

You can post anything and it just spreads like wildfire.

My parents often are amazed about the fact that they have connected with so many people that they once knew. And now they hang out and go out with old friends all the time.

So I guess if you have the right discipline then you don’t have to worry about the whole addiction but just a warning that it has the potential to suck you into the “black hole of facebook”.

It's amazing and powerful addiction.
